Over time, I advanced in my career, working in various beauty salons across Cuba, eventually reaching Havana, where I had the opportunity to work in the most prestigious salon in the country. There, I learned the true value of customer service: the small details that make all the difference, like impeccable cleanliness, speaking softly, and the respect that every person who walks through the doors of a luxury salon deserves.

The Impact of Europe:

After working in Cuba, I had the opportunity to spend two years in Europe, working on luxury cruises. During those years, I visited many countries and met beauty professionals from all over the world. It was an eye-opening experience that introduced me to high-quality standards, premium products, and the exceptional customer service offered by the top salons in Europe. That exposure inspired me to create a salon with the same luxury standards I saw in Europe, but adapted to the humble conditions I had in Cuba at the time.
